Shipping policy

Free shipping to the US. Every Evermerry order ships free with tracking.

Processing and delivery. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Most parcels then arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery times can vary with your location and carrier volume during the holiday season.

Order tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Some carriers don't scan parcels at every stop, so tracking updates can appear with a delay. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, email us at contact@evermerry.shop and we'll resend it.

Packaging. Each glass bottle is packed in a molded foam insert. If it still arrives broken, we'll send a new one, free (see our Refund Policy).
